20 Inner (weight 30lbs) & 20 outer thigh (weight 75lbs) machine exercise.
10 Minutes on Treadmill (bisckly walking) Burned 49 Calories and Walked .54 Miles.
18 Minutes on the Eliptical, 1.55 miles and burned 151 calories. 20 Crunches, and arm weights.
Total Calories Burned: 200, time of workout approx. 1 hr.
