Creamy Avocado Smoothie
Recipe:
- 1 cup of Light Soy Silk Milk (70 calories)
- 1/2 of a banana (without peal)
- 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt or no sugar added vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 of a small avocado or 1/4 of a large one
- 2 tsps of natural honey
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Who would of thought to throw in an orange?! Not this girl! I'm so excited I'm about to make it!
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt or milk
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 of a sliced orange
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup of Strawberry Banana Protein Silk Soy Milk (65 Calories)
- 1/2 cup of Light Vanilla Soy Milk Silk (35 calories)
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries (50 Calories)
- 1/2 of frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry) (40 Calories)
- 5 Ice Cubes
- Fat-Free Raspberry Sherbet 1/2 cup *this is great when adding kale to it!
- Vanilla Protein Powder from Smoothie King.
- Sprinkle granola on top.
- If you feel like being adventurous throw in 4 leaves of kale!
(or If desired another 1/2 cup of light vanilla soy milk silk for only 35 calories instead of strawberry banana 65 calories)
There are so many variations to this smoothie as of what to put in or take out and replace, so there are extra options. Delicious Smoothie for only 190 calories! It's filling too!
I found that almond milk is actually fattier, more calories, and more sugar and carbs then light vanilla silk soy milk, that's why I don't use it.

Veggie Extreme SMOOTHIE
This recipe can be changed or substituted with just about any fruit and with almond milk if you'd like.
Recipe:
- 1 cup of Light Vanilla Soy Milk Silk (70 calories)
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries (50 Calories)
- a handful of spinach
- a quarter of a cut zucchini
- half a cup of no sugar added scoop of vanilla ice cream (or vanilla yogurt)
- vanilla protein powder
- granola sprinkled on top
- 5 Ice Cubes
Blend together and you have yourself a delicious smoothie!
It may look like a light tan/brown color but it sure tastes good!
