Day #1 of my 21 day Journey.


I'm on Day 6 of my 21 Day Journey of growing in my faith, in my health (fitness), and in my eating habits (food).
I haven't worked out in a LONG time so please no judging only helpful kind advice is appreciated.
Here's a quick overview of the past 6 days of my exercise progress:

Work out Day #1 
40 Inner (weight 30lbs) & 40 outer thigh (weight 60lbs) machine exercise. 
25 Minutes on Treadmill (bisckly walking) Burned 142 Calories and Walked 1.31 Miles.

Goals of the Day:
To Create NEW habits
1. To wake up and spend time with God first thing in the morning.
Reading the Bible, in prayer, in worship, and in devotion.
2. To work out after a healthy breakfast!
3. To lose fat and gain muscle.
