Work out Day #3
40 Inner (weight 30lbs) & 40 outer thigh (weight 60lbs) machine exercise.
35 Minutes on Treadmill (bisckly walking) Burned 160 Calories and Walked 1.70 Miles. 20 Crunches, and arm weights.
