Day # 15 of my 21 day Journey


Day #15

Work out:
Walked 1.2 miles, in 23 minutes, burned 94 calories.
25 crunches
15 push ups (woman style)

To get back to working out even when I'm exhausted, and to to some kind of physical workout to burn calories every day!
